Since August 2024, Buunni Coffee and Waste Not have partnered to divert an estimated over 8,500 pounds of coffee grounds and chaff from landfills.
We are renewing our commitment to shop, dine and source locally as much as possible, for our our business and ourselves. We are proud to be small business owners and want to support others every chance we get. We want to put our money where are values are.
We were introduced to coffees from this farm in the Dominican Republic a little over three years ago, and they quickly became a big hit with our Buunni Coffee customers in Washington Heights in New York City.
