This coffee tells the story of hiking through a lush tropical forest
This coffee is named after the Sheka Zone in which it grows in the southwest of Ethiopia, with elevations of 1680 - 1875 meters creating a complex, beautifully balanced profile. Sheka is dry-processed or “natural,” which means that the coffee beans are sun-dried inside the berry. This traditional and more environment-friendly process imbues the beans with a deep aromatic fruitiness.

ORIGIN STORY
This certified Organic coffee comes from a Single-farm in the Masha Woreda Yeppo Village owned by Olympian Haile Gebrselassie, a four-time World Champion and the holder of 27 world records, for distances from 1,500 meters to the marathon.
Haile transformed 1,500-hectares into a stunning coffee farm with 200 hectares of dedicated conservation forest land, through which the Gahamay and Bosoko rivers run.
