I'm grateful to find Buuni giving these incredible coffees a slightly darker roast. It doesn't look like any dark roast I've ever seen, barely a medium for that matter. Regardless it is delicious and deeply flavorful. I'll always love a light roast but this is a pleasant contrast.

I love Yirgacheffe coffees in general, and this is a fantastic example of one that I keep coming back to. The light roast is aromatic, expressive, and remarkably consistent as I've bought from Buunni over the years. I take mine as a pourover, black, with a relatively low water/coffee ratio (20:1).
