This coffee is a nod to our Ethiopian roots, and the Latin & Caribbean influences of our adopted NYC home. This seasonal blend pairs Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans with a rotating selection of coffees from Central and South America, currently Honduran Marcala beans.

ORIGIN STORY
The Buunni Blend was our first ever customized blend and we still serve it proudly at our cafes. The Buunni blend combines Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee with Honduran Marcala beans. The combination is a nod to our diverse, multilingual home of Washington Heights and Inwood in Uptown Manhattan.

I've tried other Buunni coffees before, and they are excellent, but never tried the House Blend until now. The current blend is a classic: It's the way we all imagine how a great cup of coffee should taste. You know how the smell of brewing coffee is so good, but the taste often falls short of the smell? Not with this one. Everyone should try it. It's great!

My husband and I are longtime subscribers of Buunni Coffee. Our daughter gifted us some for Christmas several years ago (she would stop at their coffee shop near The Cloisters, where she works).
We've been Buunni fans ever since! We usually drink the House Blend (medium roast) or the Harrar (dark roast)-- and the decaf is good, too. We like supporting small businesses, especially ones that have excellent products!
